Does the last few games prove we should play Gerrard deeper?
We (LFC) need a freekick specialist and he is going to get some goals from open play as well.
Last few games with England has shown Gerrards best position is central mid where he still has defensive responsibilities

I think he should be the provider from deep. Either on the right midfield or centrally where he can ping accurate passes into our front men.
Remember his most productive season in a LFC shirt was under Benitez when he was on the right
