This great  article about LFC's playing style, stats and results so far this season written by Jonathan Wilson was worth another blog post.

What he fails to mention is the lack of another striker. 

I think there is something to be said about penetration from the wingers as well. 

So far we have not seen as much of that as we would like. Is Assaidi pushing Borini for a starting place. 

Or will Downing come back into the fold on the left wing? Or will Downing be pushed back to left back again?

I actually wouldnt mind seeing that in the next game. i.e. this starting 11. 

Reina (Despite his lapse in form) - Many say it is down to him losing his coach since the Rafa days... 

Johnson, Coates, Skertel, Downing

It all depends on who is fit. If Agger is fit he should play ahead of Coates. I just hope that Carragher does not play again. Enrique has been carrying a niggling injury as well which is not ideal, and lastly I do not know how long it will take for Borini to get fit.

Borini probably still goes ahead of Assaidi in the fight for playing places if fit and personally I like him centrally.
