Game vs. WBA highlights and outcome verdict as well as official and decisions discussion

http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/sep/27/brendan-rodgers-liverpool-luis-suarez

First of all what do you think? Do you think it will even itself out over time and that we will get the decisions over the course of a season?

I think the fact that everytime Suarez disgrees with something him raising his arms in discontent similiar to the way Shelvey did against United before he sent up, does not help Luis Suarez' case.

He should sometimes take it on the chin. Ronaldo at United had to learn that the hard way after getting a reputation. Now Suarez will have to learn it too...

There are other ways to show that you do not agree than throwing your hand up...

I think those that watch LFC games know what I am talking about...

The WBA GAME

I did not see the game some comments are based on highlights and what I have read.

There seemed to be great play and great skill from our players against WBA.

Rodgers is more and more putting his mark on the team and this Suso seems to be a real talent that will continue to get playing time.

Another player that got a start was Andre Wisdom and we might need him quite a bit going forward considering Kelly is out. Enrique could potentially be injured still and one wonders if we should play Wisdom at right back and Johnson at left back on the weekend against Norwich.

Sahin getting two goals was fantastic. He looked to be playing well and the build-up to the second goal was fantastic passing move with one touch football (what they like to call tiki-taka) football.

The way that Suso slips that through, the number of times that Oussama Assaidi gets through and past people on that left wing are all really positive signs for the future.

From what I read about the match all the youth played well and we have to spare a wee mention for Jerome Sinclair becoming the youngest starter for LFC.

It should be mentioned also that after a horrendous start with a huge mistake from Brad Jones he redeemed himself and made some excellent saves later in the game.  I see no reason why he should not be our regular number two even if Doni returns to the club. I think he has got more potential to become a great keeper if he keeps getting playing time in the Capital one cup and the EL.

It is fun to see and if this continues and we can have success with this LFC can quickly become a place where very talented youth come to flourish a bit like at Arsenal.

That is good for LFC as well because it means we will get more return from our talents and as they become older and over time they should get better and better.

Is this the start of Rodgers starting to take us back to where we belong.

As long as we can keep winning with youth this looks very promising.

Depsite lack of results in the league I am still quite positive watching LFC and I think the way we are playing the fans have problems turning against Rodgers as well.
