Here is another guy who can cut it in England, is probably a lot cheaper than parker and at the same price level as adam and has proven that he can play well, score and cope with the physical nature of English football.
He is also in at the right age... vs. for example a Van Bommel that was past his best at 33. Milan ended up signing him.
I think Muntari could be s stellar signing and would cost about £8-10m maybe even less.
