This may perhaps be why Adel has not been signed by some of the bigger clubs as well. Not turning up on time doesn't impress a lot of people does it. 

So far QPR have done just fine without him so one should give Neil Warnock credit for good man management although from seeing what type of player he can be last year we all know that QPR could do with an Adel Tarabt firing on all cylinders.

This comes back to what has been Alex Ferguson's mantra thorugh the years at United however. No man is ever larger than the team. Neil Warnock clearly have demonstrated here that this is also the case at QPR. Manchini is another who have stood up for what he believes in.
