Re: SV: Pool

Agreed. Aurelio and agger are both not ideal... Both with great accuracy on their passing and with a great freekick but agger lacks pace for the left back position and aurelio is too injury prone to be able to rely on him.

Should have kept faith in Insua. Rising star. Wonder if something happened in the backroom to warrent his exit cause all the pundits seems to agree he was a week link.

Guarantee that wenger would not have let him go.

Nogood is squadplayer....will never be good enough. Torres is a world class player and should be first choice if fit....at the moment he doesn't look very sharp, but I think that's just a question of giving him some time...at his worst he is still better than nogood....
Couldn't agree more regarding carragher.....
Not sure about aurelio, would like to see insua get his chance there, but since he is out of the picture at least temporary aurelio is a better choice than carragher.

After that game on the weekend I am just going to suggest an alternate starting 11.

Reina

Glen J. Agger, Skretel Aurelio (if fit)

Mereiles. Poulsen

Gerrard (AMR). Joe Cole (AML)

R. Babel. David Ngog

Stick on Carra and shove agger left if Aurelio is not fit. Stick on Torres last 20 if we need a goal.

Thoughts or comments?

Just think this would offer a bit more going forward.
