Liverpool’s summer spending: So where was this ‘big summer’?

Now all we need is some new owners to get a bit more transfer spending (i.e. 30m) great if it would be more and a new stadium in place so that we can compete going forward.
Hope there is a fan out there that really would like to see the club suceed at the highest level.
