The big one currently after todays results is of course Bale.
I think he is going to go to Man U, Real, Barca, City or PSG due to CL footy.
Call me naive but I think it is possible to convince him to join LFC though due to the direction we are going in as a club. I have still not the whole game today but suspect we would win against QPR. We have a manager who is a master at working with players and I think he could make Bale better. I would point to Suarez in that respect. It would also help with keeping Suarez at the club and I would argue it would make us contenders for the PL title next year.
I also realise it is wishful thinking but there you go.
If we have the money and they are available we should move to try to sign any of these players that are all world class and would move us closer to top 4. Dzeko, Tevez, Alonso, Sergio Ramos, Romeu Lukaku.
Suspect only the city players may be available.
For players that is leaving Carra is the obvious one.
I suspect Downing may be the other one due to age and talent in that position we may ship out as he still has value and can fund other purchases. I think we could still get about 10M for him and that you get sign better value for that kind of money (coutinho anyone).
Darren bent is available and may be someone to look at depending on price if Remy is too pricy. He has proven he is a great goal scorer but I suspect he may want a starting spot in the PL which he will get at the right club. I suspect Stoke, Fulham, and a few others may be interested. He would actually be a great signing for Swansea with Danny Graham having left for Sunderland.
Anyway, back to LFC. I dont think Matt Phillips at Blackpool have had that great a season so now is the time someone who has got potential. I think he can be as good as Sterling or similar in drive down the wing to Gareth bale (he is big, strong and quick but does not have the precision on free kicks and/or crosses). youtube him if you want to learn more.. in fact here is a link or two....
Another one like that to go after is Scott Sinclair who will not be best please at Man City just now. He only cost them 5M quid and would remove the need for Downing.
